EKURHULENI West Cluster Alberton South African Police Service made 25 arrests in one weekend.
Between July 7 and July 9, some 25 suspects were arrested for a variety of crimes.
The arrests include two for assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm, four for common assault, three for possession of drugs, one common robbery, four for possession of suspected stolen property, five for shoplifting, one for trespassing, four for theft and one for rape.
“This is a good job done by the members of Alberton SAPS and all those who patrol our area,” says captain Manare Ramotshela, Alberton SAPS spokesperson.
