Suspect in possession of suspected stolen fuses arrested

Several fuses were found in his possession which was taken from a nearby council transformer.

CPS Security’s reaction team made another arrest on September 23 in the Verwoerdpark area.

According to Tyrone van der Merwe, sales director, one of their reaction officers spotted a suspicious-looking male wandering the streets.

“The suspect was stopped and searched,” said Tyrone.

Several fuses were found in his possession which was taken from a nearby council transformer. Alberton SAPS were contacted and the man was arrested.
