Jacobs murder case postponed to December 19

Mitchel will appear in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court again on December 19.

RAHMANO Mitchel, the man standing accused of murdering David Stephan Jacobs, appeared in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on December 7. The incident Mitchel is charged with happened on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Gerrit Maritz Street, Alberton North earlier this year.

The case has been postponed until December 19 for completion of the investigation which includes the completion of the photo album and autopsy results.

Mitchel will appear on the day where a date will be set for the trial to be moved to the regional court.

The accused remains out on bail.
