In a joint special operation and on the hunt for wanted suspects, the EMPD Public Policing Task Team in conjunction with Eden Park detectives on Tuesday, 08 January in the early hours apprehended eight suspects wanted for a variety of serious crimes.
They were all arrested in Eden Park and Palmridge between 03h30 and 08h30.
The seven males and one female were picked up at various houses in Eden Park and Palmridge on charges of rape, murder, domestic violence, malicious damage to property, assault with GBH and common assault. They were handcuffed and thrown into cells at Eden Park police station.
