TREASURE Tots’ specialised and progressive TLC Centre opened in 2018 as a new project to cater for children needing extra tender, loving care in Grade 1 to 3.
Treasure Tots TLC Foundation Phase is a specialised centre run with loads of tender loving care. “We believe that each child is a unique individual with specific needs and learning styles. As such the children in our TLC Foundation Phase classes work at their own pace and receive individualised attention in small classes with additional sensory activities,” said Principal Cathy Van Vuuren. The curriculum is mastery based which ensures each child masters new concepts before progressing. The principal and the teachers work closely with parents and any therapists involved as a team. “Our vision and mission is to facilitate the learning and progress of each child to allow them to reach their full God given potential,” Cathy concluded.
