A MAN has been arrested earlier this morning, May 15 after an alleged hostage situation in New Redruth.
According to one of the RECORD’s sources, the armed man held his wife hostage. He soon surrendered and got arrested.
The RECORD is also still awaiting comment from Captian Manare Ramotshela, a spokesperson from Alberton SAPS.
