Fifty suspects arrested over festive season

Alberton SAPS did an outstanding job in arresting 50 suspects involved in numerous crimes.

ALBERTON – Over the fesitive season Shift A, Shift B and Shift D were on duty and managed to arrest 50 suspects for different crimes committed in the Alberton SAPS area.

Crimes ranged from being drunk in public, crimen injuria, fraud, business robbery, dealing with liquor without a licence, shoplifting, reckless and negligent driving, among others.

A suspect arrested by Sgt Nkuna and Const Mgedezi with the MCD (morpho touch) as he was a wanted suspect at Sasolburg SAPS since 1995.

“Let us keep on keeping Alberton safe for all. A big thank you,” Alberton SAPS team.
