JUNIOR Colleges Castilian held their annual science day on August 16.
Learners each had the opportunity to present a science experiment they performed themselves, with a little bit of assistance from their parents, from substances that could be found in the house.
The children took turns watching each experiment and learning about the different processes.
Magda Nel from Little Lab Coats was the judge on the day to determine the winning experiment.
Little Lab Coats is an organisation that gives science classes to young learners.
Magda took the opportunity to help educate and explain some of the experiments as they happened in front of the young ones’ eyes.
