The couple accused of the murder of Gert Hitzeroth appeared in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on November 6.
The state again asked for a postponement of the matter for further information to be made available.
The defense objected to the further postponement of the case and the state needlessly dragging the case.
The presiding officer of the court granted the further postponement of the case to December 9, but warned the prosecution that further delays would lead to the matter being removed from the court roll.
