Road rage killer expexcted to plead ‘not guilty’

As the court case against the accused Michael Julian Sinequan starts, the accused is expected to plead not guilty.

ALBERTON – Owein Lombard was shot and killed on June 9 2012 in a road range incident which took place in Michelle Avenue, Alberton and today April 16 the case continues.

Two of Tersia Lombard’s children will testify about the events leading up to the shooting on that fateful night.

Accused Michael Julian Sinequan is also set to plead. Shafique Sarlie, attorney to Sinequan told the RECORD, “We will plead not guilty.”

The trial has stood down and is believed to continue later today.
