ALRODE – An ongoing problem in Alrode for more than a month involves water filling the streets.
The problem occurred on Statler Street, with water flowing down Coppel Road into Van Der Bijl Street.
The EMM responded with the following on June 25:
“The water came from a leaking isolating valve at the Palmietfontein Resevoir. It will be replaced immediately.”
