Alberton – A 23-year-old male suspect was arrested for possession of drugs on August 31.
Constable Venter and his crew were patrolling around 04:15 to 04:45 in Brackendowns, Hennie Alberts, when they came across a suspicious looking man.
They proceeded by performing a search and found two packets of white powder and 9mm rounds. The suspect was charged with possession of drugs and possession of ammunition.
He appeared at the Palm Ridge Court on September 1.
