Celebrations at Bracken High as Matrics receive results

This morning marked the distribution of the National Senior Certificates to Grade 12 learners across the country.

Bracken High students were excited to receive their NSC certificates. Principal Jordaan said that he is generally happy, with the exception of 1 or 2 disappointments, and expects a lot from this group.

Bracken High has 99% pass rate with 65% of their Grade 12’s achieving a bachelor’s exemption. The top students for Bracken High were Florence Ngobeni, Adele Pillay and Njabulo Mthombeni who received 7 distinctions each. Onthatile Thusi, Kojo Gyebi and Megan Goldberg received 6 distinctions each. Niyanta Rooplal and Scott-Reece Morgan received 5 distinctions each. Dominique York, Siyabulela Majikija, Kiara Lubbers, Melissa Jordaan and Taryn Blamire received 4 distinctions each. Bracken High congratulated the Grade 12’s on their outstanding results.
