Randhart survivor warns other motorists

A Randhart resident took to social media to warn female motorists to be vigilant after being a victim to an attempted hijacking.

ALBERTON – A Randhart motorist was the victim of an attempted hijacking early on Tuesday morning, June 30.

The motorist took to social media to warn ladies to be careful when driving.

She was reportedly on her way to work and was driving past Randhart Primary School when she was attacked by a man wearing blue overalls, a multi-coloured beanie and safety boots. The motorist saw that the man was carrying a cut off steel pipe. She reportedly got away by using pepper spray on her attacker.
