Slipper Day at Creative Academy

Creative Academy learners supported Slipper day by purchasing stickers and wearing slippers to school on Friday, August 7.

ALBERTON – Creative Academy learners celebrated Slipper Day on Friday, August 7, by wearing their slippers to school.

Slipper Day, a fundraising campaign for the Reach for a Dream Foundation, encourages children to purchase a R10 sticker and wear their slippers to school for one day.

The Reach for a Dream Foundation aims to fulfill the dreams of children between the ages of 3 and 18 who have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness.

Wimpy partnered with the Reach for a Dream Foundation to support Slipper Day and offered patrons a free cup of coffee if they were wearing their R10 stickers.
