BRACKENHURST – The eastbound carriageway on Swartkoppies Road, towards Brackenhurst, has been partially blocked to allow for the road to be resurfaced.
“There is work taking place between the R59 and Garfield /Jacqueline Street. The anticipated completion date is mid-September.
“The completion includes the work on corner Swartkoppies Road and Hennie Alberts Street,” said Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality spokesperson Themba Gadebe,
Traffic has reportedly been congested along the road and motorists are encouraged to find alternative routes.
