Security threatened at Bracken Square

Two suspects are still at large after allegedly threatening security officers.

BRACKENHURST – Early on Wednesday morning, October 14, two male suspects threatened security officers with a firearm at the Bracken Square Shopping Centre.

According to SAPS spokesperson, Sergeant Lindi Moloi, the suspects tied up the security officers with shoelaces.

The suspects fled once a Chubb patrol car arrived at the scene.

An ATM machine was reportedly vandalised. Nothing was stolen.

No arrests were made and the suspects are still at large.
